Meet Your Doctor

Brenda L. Woods, DO, owner of Progressive Spine Care & Rehabilitation, is dedicated to helping her patients live a pain-free life by offering non-operative care solutions. Dr. Woods, who is recognized nationally by her peers and serves as president of the American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, evaluates each patient’s pain by using the McKenzie Method, a comprehensive step-by-step process for pain evaluation. After a thorough evaluation, she designs a customized treatment program for each patient that may combine therapy, medication, and nutrition. Dr. Woods believes in the power of prevention and offers a wellness program at PSCR to help prevent injury or reoccurrence of injury.
