Our Mission
Progressive Spine Care and Rehabilitation’s goal is to get you back into life. We accomplish this goal by providing the highest quality of non-operative in-house physician directed rehabilitation services. Treatment is direct to accomplish increased strength, increased flexibility and reduce pain. Our services benefit persons who have failed traditional physical therapy, want an alternative to traditional physical therapy, or are looking for an alternative to neck and back surgery.

Directions
PSCR is located near the intersection of Interstate 70 and Highway 63 on the north side of Columbia, Missouri. Conley Road is at the first stoplighted intersection south of I-70 on Highway 63. Take Conley Road west, around an S-curve, until you see the grocery store on the right. Turn right on Keene, and take the second left entrance into the grocery store parking lot. PSCR is located in the office building south of the grocery store, with the main entrance facing I-70.
